Dr. Khalil earned his medical degree from Wayne State University School of Medicine. This doc is a no BS type of guy. Straight forward and comical (if you have a sense of humor). I can appreciate all those qualities in someone, makes you feel comfortable. He was knowledgeable and honest. A friend and I were extremely happy with the results of the work that was done. His staff in the office is professional, helpful and kind. The office is cute and maintained. The surgery room was clean and medical staff was kind, and please f during the 3 minutes I was awake on the table LOL Free 2hr Parking is conveniently around the corner, can't beat that! Tip: don't exit through the back of the building I got lost and couldn't find the parking structure lmao

I've wanted my boobs done since I was 14 years old (unless some miracle happened and I grew D's overnight.) They never grew, even through having two kids. I lack breast tissue and have tubular breasts, which has always been a huge insecurity of mine. Why didn't my boobs look like everyone else's? Why were they so small and weirdly shaped? It's always been a matter of "when I get my boobs done someday" and one day I realized that I'd never taken the time to start my process into having a breast augmentation. It's always been more of a thought, it seems, than an action. After searching the web for quite a while, I came across Dr. A.J. Khalil's practice. I can't explain how happy I am with my choice. He sits with you, truly listens and looks at you, answers every question, gives his opinion very professionally when asked. He's also incredibly funny and just fun to be around in general. I went from a 36A/B to 36D. 475cc. Originally was going to do 350cc but he was explaining how not all bodies are the same and because of things like my shoulder width and lack of breast tissue, he could almost guarantee I'd be unsatisfied because they wouldn't make much of a difference/ match with what I want my boobs to look like. And yep, he was completely correct and I'm glad I asked him. 475cc looks amazing. I feel amazing. I love myself for finally doing this! I still can't believe it when I look down. The best part is I'm already in love with them and they haven't even fully dropped yet. Thank you, Dr. Khalil, for giving me what I've always wanted and being so incredible throughout. For one third of what other surgeons charge, he included lipo in my Tummy Tuck which makes a huge difference. I have many friends who paid over $15-20k for a TT with NO lipo and are now not happy with their results. Also, Dr. Khalil's recovery process was remarkable. I was up and standing straight after 2 days and my pain was completely manageable. I feel so lucky to have found him and my friends who have seen my results (and I am just one month post surgery) are amazed and a few have scheduled appointments with him. Do yourself a favor and don't fall for the "you get what you pay for" mentality. Surgeons charge what they can and most of them spend a lot on marketing and other expenses - he doesn't and says he knows he can charge more but doesn't need to. I was thinking of also doing my breasts but he said he won't touch them because I don't need to. I loved that he was honest and not greedy and an overall great person and doctor. His staff is also wonderful, including Megan who has been very helpful. I wish I had done this sooner!

I'm 3 weeks post breast augmentation + lift and I couldn't be happier already! This was my first surgery ever, and my experience from my consultation to my follow up appointments has been nothing short of amazing!! The front office, nurses, anesthesiologist and Dr. Khahil are the best. Although I don't plan on having any other surgeries, I will definitely be confidently referring them to everyone!! The best service and quality of work without the insane cost that a lot of surgeons charge these days. I'm still extremely early in my recovery and already loving my results.
